Lodging
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Beaver Creek Park Hyatt for attendees of the Betty Ford Treatment and Survivorship Symposium at a special rate of $325 per night plus tax.   To reserve your room online use www.beavercreek.hyatt.com and enter in code G-VVMC.   You can also make reservations by calling 800-223-1234.  Ask for a reservation in the Betty Ford Breast Cancer Treatment and Survivorship Symposium room block.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Conference cancellations with refund will be accepted, less a $75 processing fee, if submitted in writing and received no later than February 15, 2008. No refunds will be given after this date.  Registrations received after March 4, 2008, are not eligible for refunds.  If you are unable to  attend, we encourage you to send a replacement.   Medical Education Conferences, Inc reserves the right to cancel any course or drawing, limit enrollment, modify the announced course content or change the location, time, date, and facility of the event if deemed necessary.   Medical Education Conferences is not responsible for typographical errors or costs incurred by you in the event of cancellation.

Accreditation Statement Medical Education Conferences, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

Credit Designation Statement Medical Education Conferences, Inc. designates this educational activity for a maximum of 11.0 AMA PRA Category 1 credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
